CP62 - Just Because

Hi, everyone! :) Hope you're having a great Friday... My daughter's 5th birthday is the 13th, but her party is tomorrow, so I'm still busy trying to get all the last minute details finished.

This card was created for this week's Card Patterns #62 sketch. It feels like it's been forever since I've had a chance to play along, so I was psyched when I realized their sketch would be *perfect* for the stamp set I wanted to work with today! :) I used one of the flowers and a leaf image from There She Goes' Dance set to create this happy little number.

Instructions:

• Use Nestibilities to cut out the white circle, and two coral scalloped circles for the card base.
• Adhere scalloped circles together at the top with Scor-Tape.
• Stamp sentiment in brown ink onto white CS.
• Punch scallop edge from strip of orange CS and adhere to card front.
• Adhere kraft CS to white CS, and cut circle using white CS as guide. Distress edges.
• Stamp flower images onto white CS, color with Copics, cut out and adhere to card front with pop dots.
• Stamp leaf images, cut out and adhere to base.
• Embellish flower centers with aqua rhinestones.
