Hello! It's the 8th of the month, which means it's Reverse Confetti blog hop time, and today we'll be featuring cards/projects featuring items from this month's release!
The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from Vera’s blog. (If you'd like to start at the beginning of the hop, please click here.)
For my projects today, I created two cards which are packed with a bunch of the different new goodies. To create my adventure awaits card, I started by trimming the striped Weather or Dot Quick Card Panel to fit a white card base. I then die cut a navy CS banner using the Double Edge Scallop Border Confetti Cuts die, and adhered it to the back of the QCP before adhering it to the card front with pop dots.
I then stamped one of the sentiments from My World in versafine ink onto light gray CS, and banner trimmed one of the ends. Next, I used the Globe Confetti Cuts on silver foil, teal and navy CS, then adhered the pieces together. To finish up, I adhered the globe and sentiment strip to the card front, then embellished with clear gems.
For my next card, I started by adhering another one of the Weather or Dot Quick Card Panels (I am obsessed with QCPs, I love, love, love them!) to a piece of white CS, then attaching them with pop dots to a mint card base.
I then used the Posted Notes Confetti Cuts on mint and white CS. I stamped one of the sentiments from Posted Note Sentiments using versafine ink, then ran the white CS through my cuttlebug with the Woodgrain Confetti Cuts to give it some extra texture.
Next, I assembled my note holder and secured it to the card front with pop dots. To finish up, I embellished with black enamel dots.
I hope you've enjoyed hopping with us today. Be sure and hop with us on the 8th of every month for more Reverse Confetti inspiration! Now it’s time to hop on over to Lisa’s blog. If you get lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.
Have a great one!
