TSGA - Friendship Warms the Heart

It's that time again for There She Goes (Again)! Every month, the DT creates new cards/projects using some of the classic, older sets from There She Goes.  This month, the focus is on the Wonderful Winter Wishes, Season's Greetings, and Penguin Pals sets.  

To create this tag, I started with a gray piece of cardstock cut into a tag shape, and stamped the border image twice with white ink.  Next, I added a piece of scor-tape between the borders, and sprinkled it with clear glitter.  Then I stamped the main image onto tag, then again on white cardstock before coloring it and cutting it out.  I attached the image to the tag, then added stickles and glossy accents.  To finish up, I punched a hole in the tag, and added some pink and white twine.
