Countdown to Confetti - Hooray for You!

Hello! It's the second day of Reverse Confetti sneak peeks! For my card today, I'm featuring the new Candles 'n Confetti stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts.  To create my card, I started by first die cutting a bunch of circles using the Detailed Circles Confetti Cuts on green, coral and purple CS.  I then die cut a tag using the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts on white CS, then die cutting a topper using the Top o' the Tag Confetti Cuts on coral CS.  I then adhered the tag pieces together, then die cut some green banners using the Linked Garland Confetti Cuts on green CS and adhering them to the tag front.  Next, I stamped the various elements from Candles 'n Confetti to create my cake, then cut them out with the coordinating Candles 'n Confetti Cuts

The cake was assembled, then adhered to the tag front with foam tape before covering the candles with a silver glitter pen.  Jute twine was tied in a double bow, then glued to the tag.  I fiddled with the arrangement of the circles that had been die cut, then adhered them to a kraft woodgrain card base when I was happy with their placement.  The stamped tag was then adhered to the card front with foam tape.  To finish up, I stamped the sentiment from Celebrations onto a piece of white CS that had been die cut with the Stitched Flag Trio Confetti Cuts, adhered it to the card front with pop dots, then added clear gems for interest.
