Here is the card I created for Beate's weekend sketch challenge # 6. The original post can be found here.
I don't have a Coluzzle, so I used this circle thingy (yes, that's what it's called! lol) that I found in the house.
At first the edge of the card was just Whisper White, but I felt like it was missing something. I'm not sure if I'm really happy with my "fix" or not, but here it is! :) I think if I were going to use this color combo again, I'd probably switch the Soft Sky and Whisper White.
Details:
Paper - Soft Sky, Purely Pomegranate, Whisper White
Stamps - Baroque Motifs
Ink - Soft Sky, Purely Pomegranate
Miscellaneous - Corner Rounder, Piercing Tool
I really love this just how it is. What gorgeous colors. Love the little flowers on the swirls and the scalloped trim.
ReplyDeleteI found your site thru Beate's. Isn't she the greatest? I love your card. Acutally I love all your cards.
ReplyDeleteI have not submitted a card to this challenge yet. I think I am afraid of the circle card.
This is very pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, the color combination is wonderful!! Great Card!
