Sweet Baby

Good morning... :) Today is my hubby's birthday, and what better way to celebrate than by having the air ducts in our house cleaned? LOL He's weird, what can I say? :)

This is just a quick card I created using a much loved but rarely used set, Men of Life. I've had this idea floating around in my head (LOL, no pun intended) for a while about creating waves with ruffled aqua ribbon, and finally got a chance to sit down and play.

Hope your day is fabulous! :)

Instructions
  • Create 4 1/4" square card base using white CS.
  • Stamp sails in orange ink onto yellow CS and cut out.
  • Stamp base of boat with versamark ink onto pink CS and cut out.
  • Starting at the base of the card, create waves using ruffled ribbon.
  • Adhere bottom of boat to the card base, then attach sails with pop dots.
  • Stamp sentiment in black ink.

Supplies:
Stamps - Men of Life, Mega Mixed Messages
Ink - True Black, Summer Sunrise, Versamark
Paper - Lemon Tart, Raspberry Fizz, Stamper's Select White
Miscellaneous - Aqua Satin Ribbon
