Digital Doodles - Happy Birthday

Hi everyone! :) Just popping in to share a quick birthday card I created using the Balloon Bouquet image from Digital Doodles. At first I was going to use a more dramatic color scheme (black and white w/a touch of color), but ended up using my go-to happy colors... LOL :)

Instructions:

• Print balloon image onto white CS, stamp with yellow background image and cut out with circle Nestabilities die.
• Print second balloon image, color with Copics, cut out and layer onto prior printed image.
• Cut two scallop circles using Nestabilities die and adhere together at the top.
• Adhere white CS layer onto turquoise scallop circle.
• Stamp sentiment onto yellow CS, cut out and adhere with pop dots.
• Embellish with rhinestones.
