Wonderful Friend

Hi, everyone... Hope your week has been off to a great start! It has been super cold here in the DC area (so chilly I've even thought about *not* wearing my flip flops...LOL!), and I think we may finally be getting a little snow this afternoon/evening.

My daughter's school will be letting out an hour early, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed she was able to go on her field trip today. She was so looking forward to riding the bus with her friends to the library. LOL, I'll never hear the end of it if their trip was postponed. ;)

Today's card is actually another card that was created a while back but hadn't yet been shared here on the blog. I used colors that aren't my usual go-to brights, and it was fun to stretch myself... a little. LOL

I have a couple of new cards that need to be photographed and edited, so I'll back tomorrow. :)

Have a great one!

Paper - Orange Zest, Kraft, Scarlet Jewel, Stamper's Select White

  3. Love the orange polka dots. I hope your little one gets to go on her field trip. I remember those days in school. They were the best! Wish I had field trips from work. LOL!

  5. Such a striking card! Love the colors and the ribbon.
I'm wearing my winter "flip-flops"--my Uggs since it's snowy and cold and we're waiting for our heat pump to be repaired this afternoon.
