FSS August Release - Life of the Party

Hi, everyone! :) Today is the first day of the Fresh Squeezed Stamps August release, and today we're showcasing cards created with the new Life of the Party stamp set. 

For my card, I decided to focus predominantly on the fun pinata image from the set.  To create my card, I started with a yellow card base, and then embossed it with a fun floral tile design.  Next, I created the ribbon accent for the corner of the card by adhering three colors of satin ribbon to a small piece of cardstock before attaching it to the card front.

After that, I heat embossed the pinata on three different colors of cardstock, then cut them out and layered them together (making sure to fluff up the fringe). To finish up, the sentiment was heat embossed in white, then adhered to the card front on top of a small strip of white paper.
