FSS September Release - A Wee Christmas

It's the final day of previews for the Fresh Squeezed Stamps September Release.  Today, we're showcasing cards created with the A Wee Christmas set, which features a variety of fun winter inspired images and sentiments.

For my card, I wanted to create something fun and playful using the elf elements.  I started with a piece of green cardstock and stamped the background with the polka dots from You Said It Sister, then stamped the sentiment before attaching it to a white woodgrain card base.  Next, I stamped my elf elements onto two shades of pink cardstock, as well as white cardstock, then cut them out and assembled the elf. (I used the "braid" image from the set to create her arms.) Next, I used the curved line image from String Me Along to create the guide line for the black and white twine.  To finish up, I popped the elf up with pop dots onto the card front, and added stickles and enamel dots.
