Whimsy Stamps - Sneak Peek Blog Hop Day 2

Hello! It's the second day of previews for the new Whimsy Stamps release, and I'm back to share another project featuring images and dies from the new Sweet as Candy set.  

To create my card, I started with a woodgrain kraft card base, and attached some polka dot patterned paper before wrapping the card front with coral twine.  Next, I heat embossed the jar image onto white card stock with gray embossing powder, then filled it with colorful candies.  Then, I cut out the jar and lid, and covered them with glossy accents.

While I was waiting for the pieces to dry, I die cut a strip of cardstock with the "Sweet" sentiment, and backed it with a piece of light coral card stock.  I then heat embossed the banner with white embossing powder, and stamped it with another sentiment.  To finish up my card, I assembled the remaining pieces, and embellished with green enamel dots.
