SFYTT - Being Unique is Better Than Being Perfect

Hello! I'm popping in to share a card I created using this month's Sketch For You To Try (SFYTT), and some of my favorites from the current release. :)

To create my card, I started with a gray card base, then adhered a strip of striped pattern paper along the right edge.  Next, I cut out a tag using the Tag Me, Too Confetti Cuts die, then trimmed 1/4" off of both sides.  I stamped the flamingo from Fabulous Flamingo in turquoise and lime, then stamped the wing in gray before cutting it out with the coordinating Fabulous Flamingo Confetti Cuts die.

I then used one of the larger circles from the Circles 'n Scallops die set, then stamped the sentiment in versamark ink before heat setting with white powder.  Next, I wrapped the tag with coral twine, then adhered it to the card base with pop dots.  To finish up, I adhered the sentiment to the card front with pop dots, then embellished with yellow enamel dots.

Want to play along with us this month? All you need to do is create a card based on the sketch below, and link it up to the post HERE on the Reverse Confetti blog... Easy! :)

Have a great one!
