Hello! This month is typically a non-release month for Reverse Confetti, but Jen decided to switch things up a bit and have a mini-release! :) There are two stamp sets and two dies being released, and today, my project focuses on the new Hanging Out Confetti Cuts, which is a super cool die that creates the little opening for a door hanger! I know, where's my door hanger??? Lol, well, you know me, I love trying to find fun uses for dies. When I first opened the package and saw the little die, I couldn't stop thinking how it would make a fun edge on card stock when lined up and cut twice. So, that's what I did! :)
To create my card, I started with a piece of coral card stock, and stamped it with the strip of outline stars from So Many Stars in versamark before heat embossing with gold powder. I then die cut the Hanging Out Confetti Cuts twice across the bottom of the coral card stock.
Next, I adhered a piece of yellow card stock to a kraft woodgrain card base. I then adhered the embossed coral card stock to the card front with pop dots before wrapping the base with jute twine and securing with a bow. I used the Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts to cut a small white circle, then stamped it with one of the sentiments from Beautiful Banners. To finish up, I adhered the sentiment circle to the card base with pop dots.
I'll be back again tomorrow with the mini-release blog hop... Have a great one!
