Hello! I created this card using this month's Sketch For You To Try (SFYTT) from Reverse Confetti, as well as some fun Quick Card Panels and stamps/dies.
To create my card, I started by cutting down the polka dot Let's Celebrate Quick Card Panel to fit the base of my white card. I then layered my focal point (also from the Let's Celebrate QCPs) onto a piece of fuchsia CS before attaching it to the card front with pop dots.
I then die cut two ice cream scoop images using the Love & Ice Cream Confetti Cuts. I stamped a simple plaid pattern onto a piece of kraft CS using So Stripey, then used another Love & Ice Cream Confetti Cut to die cut the cone shape. I adhered the two ice cream scoops together, then adhered them to the ice cream cone base before attaching them to the card front with pop dots. Next, I die cut a banner using the Stitched Banner Trio Confetti Cuts on a piece of orange patterned paper, then adhered it to the card base with pop dots. To finish up, I covered the ice cream scoops with glossy accents and embellished with orange gems.
Want to play along with us this month and be entered to win a $20 GC to the RC store? All you need to do is create a card based on the sketch below using RC stamps, and link it up to the post HERE on the Reverse Confetti blog by noon CST on the 29th... Easy peasy! :)
Have a great one!
Love this card...and yes, there is always room for ice cream!
