CPS104 & FTL31

This card was created for last week's Card Positioning Systems Sketch Challenge (CPS104). You can find a copy of the sketch by clicking here. I used the Background Basics: Retro stamp with Aqua Mist ink on the Whisper White panels, but you can't really see that in the photo. Do any of you who use this ink run into the same problem? I've been to the PTI forums and tried to use the spoon trick, and also wiping the pad on paper, but it hasn't seemed to make much difference... Just trying to figure out if it's meant to be so light. :)

  1. These are both very beautiful cards Heather. I can't help with the ink as I don't use it. Hopefully someone else can offer some advice?!

    Happy crafting

  7. These are both beautiful! I love how you cut out the blooms on the first one. My aqua mist is okay, but I have problems with some new inks from PTI that are light (spring rain and ocean tides). I think that the pads may be oversaturated, so I rubbed some cardstock over them quite a bit. It helped for the ocean tides, still need to try it on the spring rain. Maybe that would help you?
