Winnie & Walter - The Write Stuff: Leave It to Mom

Hello! We're back again today with more previews of Winnie & Walter's March stamp release.  Today, we're featuring cards/projects using the new Write Stuff: Leave it to Mom set.  When I first saw the images in the set, I was immediately drawn to the large frame.  It's so pretty!

To create my card, I started with a piece of gray polka dot patterned paper which I adhered to a white card base.  Next, I stamped the frame and Mom sentiment separately, then cut them out with scissors sticking closely to the designs.

Then, I stamped the bow image in versamark ink onto mint CS before heat embossing it with white powder, and trimming it to size.  Lastly, I used a leaf cluster die to cut out two sets of leaves (one in coral, and the other in vellum).  Since I didn't want to use the entire cluster, I snipped off two smaller sections, and adhered the coordinating vellum pieces on top.  To finish up my card, I adhered all the pieces to the card front and embellished with white enamel dots.

Would you like to be entered for your chance to win the new Write Stuff: Leave it to Mom set? Please hop over to the Winnie & Walter blog for more details! :)

Have a great one!
