Countdown to Confetti: Let Your Dreams Take Flight

Hello! It's the second day of previews for this month's Reverse Confetti release and today, we're showcasing projects using the new Butterfly Dreams set and coordinating Confetti Cuts.... which. I. love!

To create my card, I started by first stamping one of the butterflies from Butterfly Dreams in Versamark ink onto aqua CS before heat embossing it with clear embossing powder.  I then die cut the embossed butterfly using the coordinating Butterfly Dreams Confetti Cuts.  A larger butterfly was also cut, this time from white CS, then the two shapes were adhered together with foam tape.

Next, I used three different Color Burst powders on watercolor CS, and used a wet brush to help move the pigments around a bit.  LOL, yes, I am impatient! :) I then zapped the watercolor paper with my heat gun to help it dry a bit quicker, then adhered the panel to a light gray card base using foam tape.  The die cut butterfly was then adhered to the card front using foam tape as well.  To finish up, I embellished with white sparkle enamel dots.
