FTL65 - Thank You

Hey guys! I'm heading out in a bit to go pick up my hubby from work, so I'm in a wee bit of a hurry typing this post. Please excuse any silly typos! :) I also have a Raspberry Suite Color Challenge card to post later on tonight, so it's going to be a double post day! :)

I created this quick and easy card using the most recent Fall-to Layout sketch from the Clean & Simple Stamping blog. I started with a Melon Berry base and stamped it with one of the Giga Guidelines images in white ink. Next, I cut out a 1 1/2 x 4 1/4" strip of white card stock and layered it onto two strips of brown card stock that had been punched with my Fiskars Upper Crest Punch. To finish up, I added some ribbon around the white strip, attached it to the card base, punched and layered the sentiment, then added stickles. Whew, that was wordy. :)

See ya soon!

Supplies:
Stamps - Giga Guidelines, Fall Elegance
Ink - Fresh Snow, Melon Berry
Paper - Melon Berry, Dark Chocolate, Stamper's Select White
Miscellaneous - Melon Berry Grosgrain Ribbon, Stickles, Fiskars Upper Crest Punch, Small Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch

  7. Heather, this is such an exquisite card; lovely colors popping out so well coordinated that peach and brown. The brown scallops lend heartiness to such a beautifully simple design. Beautiful!
