Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge - CAS






















Hi, everyone! Hope your Tuesday is off to a great start... LOL, it's after 2:30pm, so more likely than not your day isn't *just* getting started, eh? :)

This week's Jacksonbelle Embellishments Challenge was to create a Clean & Simple card, and I used some of this pretty October Afternoon floral paper for my punched circles. My apologies for the photo, it's a gloomy, rainy day here in suburbia, and it was just about impossible to snap a decent photo...

Instructions:
  • Create A2 kraft card base and round upper left corner.
  • Wrap twine around card base and secure. Tie bow.
  • Punch three circles from patterned paper and adhere with pop dots.
  • Stamp sentiment with burgundy ink.

Supplies:
Stamps - Sentiment by Hero Arts
Paper - Kraft, October Afternoon
Ink - Scarlet Jewel
Miscellaneous - Corner Chomp, Twine, 1 1/4" Circle Punch

    Love your card...very CAS and the colors just pop! question: what type of string do you use on your cards?

    Great CAS card - one of the hardest kind to make....at least in my opinion. The twine....the cirles...and the Scarlet to go with....all just perfect together.

    What a great card. I love the combination of the kraft paper and the pop of bright orange. The twine is a good addition too.
