Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge - Taxes!

Hi everyone! It's super dreary here today and looks like it's going to rain at any moment, so I thought I'd give myself a little faux sunshine with a super bright color palette! :)

This card was created for today's Jacksonbelle Embellishments Challenge. Our challenge was to create a card using taxes as our inspiration... LOL, I can only speak for myself, but the thought of taxes nearly killed my mojo. Ha! :) I ended up using Pink Paislee green patterned paper as one of the main elements in my card, since green represents moolah. :) I also used some fun ledger paper with little graph paper circles... Sort of office-ish. LOL

Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge - It's a Sketch!

Hi, everyone! Hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday... The sun is out in full force here today, and Lost is on tonight, so it's shaping up to be a wonderful day! :)

This card was created for this week's Jacksonbelle Embellishments Challenge. Our challenge this week is a sketch challenge, and I used Basic Grey's Kioshi line, as well as an image from the Pure Innocence My Basket of Eggs stamp set. I have a teeny tiny flower punch that I picked up from the $1 bin at Michaels forever ago, and finally put it to use today. She's normally holding a basket of eggs, but I thought it would be cute for her to be holding a bunch of flowers instead. :)

Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge - Buttons, Bows & Brads

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a great Tuesday... We're just battling colds in the Pulvirenti household, but otherwise, all is well. LOL, I should say my daughter and I are battling colds, my hubby is always the lucky one who manages to stay healthy. Ah well, I'll take some sniffles and nasty headaches if it means I get more hugs and kisses from my sweet girl! :)

Today's card was created for this week's Jacksonbelle Embellishments Challenge. Our challenge? To create a card using buttons, brads or bows! LOL, sooooooo, now that I typed that, I've come to realize I don't have a brad, button OR bow on this! ACK! *smacks forehead* I originally started out thinking I'd make a card and add a bow using the sheer yellow organza ribbon from May Arts, but ended up adding a fun ruffle instead. So we'll just say I streeeeeeetched the bow idea, eh? *wink*
