Hello! One more day to go until the Winnie & Walter March stamp release... Yay! :) For our cards/projects today, we're featuring images from the new the Big, the Bold and You set, which is one of my personal faves this month! Similar in style to the super popular the Big, the Bold and the Happy, it has three large focal sentiments, and a ton of smaller coordinating words, which make for almost endless font combo options.
To create my card, I started by die cutting a large leaf cluster from coral CS, and positioning it over some chevron patterned paper to figure out the approximate placement of the sentiment. Next, I stamped the leaf cluster with the "thanks" sentiment, and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
I then stamped the "thanks" onto the patterned paper, and heat embossed it as well. Once that was done, I adhered the chevron patterned paper and leaf cluster to the card front (trimming off any part of the die cut that extended past the card). To finish up, I colored the leaves with a glitter pen for some shimmer (though you can't see it in the photo), wrapped the card front with jute twine, and embellished with white enamel dots.
Would you like to be entered for your chance to win the new the Big, the Bold and You set? Please hop over to the Winnie & Walter blog for more details! :)
Have a great one!
Another beautiful card! Love the soft corlors!
