Hello & a Giveaway!


Hello! This month TAWS is celebrating its birthday by giving away one stamp set on each of the DT member's blogs throughout the month of January, and today I'm hosting the prize... Flower Show!

                                                      

To be entered to win this set, all you  need to do is leave a comment on this post by Thursday, January 22nd at 11pm EST.  A winner will be chosen at random, and posted here on my blog on Friday, January 23rd. 

Now, on to the details for today's card... :) I started by stamping one of the feather images from Tickle Me Happy in Stazon gray ink onto a piece of white CS.  I then colored in the feathers using watercolor pencils.  While the images were drying, I stamped the sentiment from Big Chatter in teal ink, then fussy cut it out.


Once the images were dry, I adhered the white CS panel to an aqua card base, and attached the sentiment with pop dots.  To finish up, Stickles were added to the aqua accents on each of the feathers.

    Your card is so pretty. I love the background. The Flower Show stamp set is wonderful. I much prefer the sentiment "deepest sympathy" over just "with sympathy."
