Hello! I was a little preoccupied earlier this evening when I found one of my Etsy shop invitation designs had been stolen and posted on another web site for sale, but thankfully, it's been resolved! :) So, now that I can relax a little (hehe), I wanted to pop in and share a cute little punny card I made with one of Reverse Confetti's new release sets. The Sugary Sweet Sentiments set was created to pair up perfectly with various types of candy, but I just love this little fish from Happy Harbor!
To create my card, I started with the current CAS(E) this Sketch #110 sketch for my general layout, then embossed a lime green card base with stars. I then stamped the fish image from Happy Harbor in teal ink onto white CS before die cutting it into a circle shape. The die cut was then cut to fit the card base and secured with pop dots. The fish images were then covered with stickles for a little added sparkle.
I then used portions of two of the sentiments from Sugary Sweet Sentiments to create a custom greeting. They were stamped in versamark, then heat embossed in white on gray CS. The end was then trimmed in a banner shape, and secured to the card front with pop dots. To finish up, I embellished with teal enamel dots.
Have a great one!
