TAWS Sneak Peek - Wigwam

Hello! I'm pulling double-duty on the blog today... :) We're gearing up for the Alley Way Stamps March Release, and today I'm showcasing a project created using the new Wigwam set.  I love this set it is full of so many great images, though I'm totally partial to the super cute wigwam and dream catcher! :)

To create my card, I started with a piece of white CS and stamped the dream catcher image in versamark ink before heat embossing with white powder.  I then added color to the background by using a few different distress inks spritzed with water.  

I then stamped the sentiment on a piece of dark mint CS in versamark before heat embossing it with white powder.  One end of the sentiment strip was then trimmed into a banner shape.  Once the embossed resist background was dry, I adhered it to a white card base with pop dots.  To finish up, I adhered the sentiment strip with pop dots, then embellished with blue enamel dots.
