Hello! Freshly Made Sketches is celebrating their 200th sketch milestone, and Reverse Confetti (along with a ton of fab companies!) is sponsoring today's sketch. :)
To create my card today, I started by cutting a piece of gray patterned paper and adhered it to the front of a white card base. I then stamped one of the gator images from Later Alligator onto green CS, then cut it out with the coordinating Later Alligator Confetti Cuts. I then stamped the cake image from the set in Versafine ink, then colored it with watercolors. While it was drying, I die cut a rainbow using the Weather It Together Confetti Cuts.
Next, I used the Woodgrain Confetti Cuts on a piece of white CS. then adhered it to the large polka dot card from the Weather or Dot Quick Card Panels. I then adhered the panel to the card base with pop dots. The sentiment was stamped on a strip of mint CS, then adhered to the card front after trimming one end in a banner shape. I die cut a bunch of hearts using the Weather It Together Confetti Cuts, and randomly sprinkled them onto the card front, adhering them where they fell. The alligator was then adhered to the card front, and its teeth and the ridges on its back were colored with a white gel pen. To finish up, I adhered the rainbow and cake to the card front.
Have a great one!
