Countdown to Confetti: You Lift Me Up

Hello! It's the 5th of the month, and that means it's time for another round of Reverse Confetti sneak peeks! Not only is there the usual awesomeness you've come to expect from RC each release, but they're celebrating their THIRD birthday!! :) Time certainly flies, and what an honor it is to have been a part of the RC family since the beginning! :)

For my card today, I'm featuring the new Lift Me Up stamp set and coordinating Confetti Cuts.  To create my card, I started by first using the Big Stripes Cover Panel die on a piece of white CS, then adhering it to a white card base for subtle texture.  (Side note, I LOVE this die! It has a circle cutout in the middle, which you can use as a focal point, or you can cover it to change up the look!) Next, I die cut light gray CS with the Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts, then topped it with a circle that was die cut from the Party Time Quick Card Panel using the new Detailed Circles Confetti Cuts.

I then stamped several images from Lift Me Up in Versafine ink and heat set them with clear embossing powder before coloring them with Zig Clean Color markers and a glitter pen.  While the images were drying, I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of light gray CS, then adhered a small strip of yellow CS to one end.  The sentiment was then adhered to the card front with pop dots.  Once the images were dry, they were die cut using the Lift Me Up Confetti Cuts and adhered to the card base with foam tape.  To finish up, I embellished with light aqua sparkly enamel dots.
