FTL51 - Thank You

I made this card using last Friday's Fall-to Layout Sketch. I *love* the new Bermuda Bay color (LOL, no surprise considering my favorite colors are aqua/teal, lime green and hot pink) and wish I had gotten the pad before they made it unavailable! LOL, oh well... Guess I'll just have to keep using my markers and wait until they fix the ink pad issue! :)

Stamps - For All You Do
Ink - Bermuda Bay, Old Olive, Melon Mambo
Paper - Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Washington Apple DSP, Guide Lines Grid Paper
Miscellaneous - Teal Rhinestones, Top Note Die

Hey guys! Hope you're havin' a great morning! This is the card I created for yesterday's Sketch Challenge on SCS. The new in-colors are super cute (well, the jury is still out on Razzleberry - LOL - but I really like some of the others!), and are great for summer.

Have a great one! :)

Supplies:
Stamps - For All You Do

Paper - Bermuda Bay, Soft Suede, Melon Mambo, Whisper White, Modern DSP
Ink - Soft Suede, Melon Mambo
Miscellaneous - Silver Pearls, Large Oval Punch, Small Oval Punch

CC222 - Wishing You...

This card was created for the most recent Color Challenge on SCS... White 1 layer cards! I started with a standard card base of Shimmery White, then stamped the Fancy Pants flourish image in Raspberry Fizz. I then stamped the sentiment, added the ribbon and bow, and finally, some clear rhinestones. Easy peasy!

Have a great one!

Stamps - Very Versatile, Fancy Pants
Ink - Raspberry Fizz, Stazon Black
Paper - Shimmery White
Miscellaneous - Raspberry Fizz Swiss Dot Ribbon, Clear Rhinestones

In the Spotlight & A Swap Card

Dawn McVey posted her "In the Spotlight" list for her Raspberry Suite Week 2 Color Challenge on her blog, and mine was one of the top 12! Can you believe that?! I'm super excited! There were so many absolutely fabulous entries, I really didn't think I had much chance... What a nice suprise! :)

This is the swap I made for the Great Swap Girls group that I'm a part of... We were doing a swap for the most recent Occasions Mini, and I picked the Very Versatile set. LOL, which oddly enough, I didn't think was all that versatile. :P Hopefully they liked it!

How is your Friday shaping up? My daughter started Spring Break today, so I got to sleep in a little more than usual! Whoot! Our weather is crazy today... First it was raining, hard, very hard (LOL, our backyard is mostly standing water), and now, the sun is trying to peek out of the clouds. I don't really mind rain, especially if I get to nap (LOL), but I hate all the worms that come out onto our driveway. Stepping on bugs of any sort totally grosses me out, let alone worms, so I'm sure my neighbors laugh watching me try to get from point a to b outside!

Have a great one! :)

Stamps - Very Versatile

Ink - Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze

Paper - Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze DSP
Miscellaneous - Chocolate Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Large Oval Punch, Pop Dots

WSC74 & CC212 - Birthday Wishes

Happy Thursday! The sun was out earlier, but now it's kinda overcast and chilly... Perfect napping weather... LOL, I know, me and my naps. :P

I created this card for last Friday's Weekend Sketch Challenge using Wednesday's SCS Color Challenge (Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red & Chocolate Chip). Charmaine's sketch was super cute! :) I went over to her blog today to grab the link for the Weekend Sketch Challenge, and came across this amazingly adorable Easter bunny treat. How awesome is that?! :)

Have a great one! :)

I created this card on Tuesday for this week's Color Challenge over on SCS. This week, we were to work with Kraft, Riding Hood Red and Summer Sun... LOL, when I first read those colors, I thought there was no way I am going to like this combo, but I was totally wrong! It's fun! :)

Have a great one!

CAS01 & SC215

I'm really loving the Springy weather we've been having lately... Yesterday it almost reached 70! I can't wait until we get to see those types of temps daily. :)

I created this card for the Clean and Simple card challenge on SCS. We were asked to pick a fabric from the Snuggle line at JoAnns to use as inspiration. You can find all the details about the challenge here. Maybe I'm just weird, but I kind of find all that white space intimidating... LOL, I said I was weird! I think CAS cards are so pretty, but really tricky to pull off! :)

Details:
Stamps - Inkadinkado Birthday Cupcakes
Ink - Kiwi Kiss, Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze, Stazon Black
Paper - Whisper White, Kiwi Kiss
Miscellaneous - Marvy Giga Square Scallop Punch, Marvy Mega Square Punch

----------------------------------------------

This card was created for yesterday's Sketch Challenge over on SCS. You can find all the details about the challenge as well as a copy of the sketch by clicking here. LOL, ignore the little white spaces in the trees where I didn't quite line up my tree trunks just so. I have a Stamp-a-ma-jig thingy somewhere in the mess that is my craft room... Maybe I should pull it out! :)

Details:
Stamps - Trendy Trees
Ink - Sage Shadow, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, So Saffron
Paper - So Saffron, Sage Shadow, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Windsor Knot DSP
Miscellaneous - Word Window Punch, Curly Label Punch

3D086 - Thank you

This desktop calendar was created for the 3D086 Demo Challenge on SCS. To find out more about the challenge, please go here.

I started with two 4" x 9" pieces of patterned paper (one for the outside, and one for the inside), and used my corner rounder to round out the edges. I then placed a piece of tacky strip horizontally across the back side of the piece of patterned paper I wanted as the outside of the cover. I then placed my large piece of ribbon down on top of the tacky strip, and adhered my two coasters to the outer edges. Next, I adhered the inside cover to the coasters, and then decorated the inside and outside of my little calendar book.

Details:
Stamps - Bella Blossoms
Ink - Chocolate Chip, Sage Shadow
Paper - Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Windsor Knot DSP
Miscellaneous - Chocolate Chip Ribbon, Coasters, Circle Brads, Pop Dots
