Stamp of Approval Blog Hop - Peace, Love & Joy

Hello! I'm so excited to be participating in today's Stamp of Approval Blog Hop.  Hopefully you've reached my blog by way of Kelly's blog. (To start at the beginning of the hop, please click HERE.) I've created a card using one of the stamp sets that's available in the upcoming Holiday Magic Collection, Winnie & Walter's Scenery: Holiday Trimmings.  It's really hard to tell in my pic, but I put my Minc machine to good use and foiled this super fun candy cane/peppermint-esque stripe! :)

To create my card, I started by first stamping the striped image repeatedly on a piece of white CS in Versafine ink, leaving a space for the sentiment.  I then copied the image onto another piece of white CS using my copier, then ran it through my Minc with mint foil.

Here's a better pic of the foiled image! Sooooo pretty!

Next, I stamped the scripty sentiment in Versafine ink before adhering the stamped layer to a medium gray card base.  To finish up, I embellished with clear sequins.  Easy peasy! :)

Just as a heads up, MOST of the products found in the Holiday Magic Collection won't be available to purchase separately until much later in 2016, including the Scenery: Holiday Trimmings set I've used on my card today.  To purchase the entire Stamp of Approval Holiday Magic Collection, please click HERE to sign up for the wait list.

Want to be entered for your chance to win one of the Holiday Magic Collection boxes? All you need to do is leave a comment by Friday, noon EST to be entered for the prize. :) Two winners will be randomly picked from all the comments throughout the blog hop. Good luck! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by today, up next is Danielle's blog.  Also, here's the complete list of participants in today's hop in case you get lost along the way:

Have a great one!
