It's here, it's here! Release day is finally upon us and all of the Reverse Confetti goodies we've been previewing for the past few days are available for sale. Yay! :) It's the 8th of the month, which means it's also blog hop time. The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from Amy Kolling’s blog. (If you'd like to start at the beginning of the hop, please click here.)
To create today's card, I started by adding a light watercolor wash to a piece of white CS. I then stamped three of the heart images from the Heart to Heart stamp set in Versamark ink onto dark mint CS before heat embossing with white. The coordinating Heart to Heart Confetti Cuts were then used to cut out the heart shapes.
Once the watercolor wash was dry, I flicked and dripped various gold drops onto the white CS panel, then zapped them quickly with a heat tool. The white CS was layered onto a piece of gold foil CS, then adhered to a mint card base. I cut a strip of gold foil, banner trimmed one end, then adhered it to the card front with pop dots before adhering the die cut hearts. To finish up, clear gems were used to embellish the card front.
I hope you've enjoyed hopping with us today. Be sure and hop with us on the 8th of every month for more Reverse Confetti inspiration! Now it’s time to hop on over to Tara Godfrey’s blog. If you get lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.
Have a great one!
