Happy Birthday

It's Frrrrriday, woohoo! I am so excited tomorrow is Saturday and I can actually sleep in a bit... Oh how I love the one day a week I don't have to be woken up by the obnoxious alarm tone on my phone. Lol...

I'm popping in today to share a card I created using some goodies from the Alley Way Stamps.  I started by cutting a piece of yellow patterned paper, and layered it onto a piece of mint CS before adhering it to the card front with pop dots.  I then stamped the sentiment from Jibber Jabber onto mint CS using versamark ink, then heat embossed it with white powder.  Next, I stamped the little bird from Lighter Than Air in gray ink onto white CS, and once the ink was set, I watercolored the image.

One of the smaller strips of lines from Crossing Lines was stamped in gray ink onto white CS before running the strip through my die cut machine.  The embossed sentiment strip was trimmed on one end, then adhered to the card front before layering the die cut word on top with pop dots.  To finish up, the little bird was fussy cut, then adhered to the card front with pop dots before embellishing with silver enamel dots.

Have a great one!
